Story of 2meditate and Me.

In 2013, I launched the '2meditate' app, a platform connecting people worldwide for shared meditation experiences. Whether for 2 minutes or 20, users could choose from a diverse repertory of guided meditations and visually see their fellow meditators on a world map who were meditation at the same time. Though the app was discontinued in 2019, its legacy and vision lived on with the '2meditate' website with a new advisory board and ambassadors. This expanded platform offered a wealth of resources, including the original app meditations, videos on psychological well-being and Buddhist teachings, guided meditations in my own voice, and announcements for classes and groups. The purpose of '2meditate' was:

To contribute to the well-being of people by promoting the experience of common humanity they share beyond the walls of culture and countries, through a deep practice of mindfulness, compassion, and self-compassion.

I was maintaining two different websites, swatidesai.com and 2meditate.com. As I was expanding my own practice, offerings, and classes, I decided to consolidate the two and put it all together under swatidesai.com with the same purpose as above. This allows the reader to access everything from both websites, including the meditations I had collected in the voice of different well-known meditation teachers. All those meditations are available under the tab “meditations & activities” in this website.

Wishing you all a journey into wellbeing.
